The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Habit 1: Be Proactive

"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger"
We all have choices and no one can tell us other wise.We choose our own path, we decide if our path will be filled with happiness or sadness. We don't need people to help us and lead us we are out own person. We see where we go in life ,but as long as we are happy with our life then there is nothing to worry about.
Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind.

Everyone has there own ideas and no one can change it. We choose our lives. ( as stated in previous habit)
Habit 3: Put things first

When doing something or planning something ahead you must make sure and look around. Seeing if your plan would fail and find another way. In case it fails its never bad to think about things to plan for a plan that will fail. Organization is a key part of this to plan ahead.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
"Think that win-win or no deal"

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood.
"Diagnose before you prescribe"
I think that maybe you need to analyze things before you do them. Like if you we're to follow a crowd what out come will you get, will it be a positive or negative. That is what the habit means to be able to UNDERSTAND if the things could have consequences and make sure you UNDERSTAND what may happen.

Habit 6: Synergize

The Four Dimensions of Self-Renewal: Physical, Mental, Spiritual Social/Emotional.
From what I can understand is we all use these traits in our daily life. Sometimes with out even knowing which were using. We can only work as a whole if we use all of them together.
