1. The Seed of Self-Esteem (Appreciate the value of yourself) "From the self-love to self-worth

~ sometimes people can hurt their self-esteem or others. Some have a strong one while others can have a week one. People should like themselves not to let other tell them what to do to not fol.low there standards. Ever person is different and that is good.

2. The Seed of Creativity. "Releasing your creativity"
~Creativity is a key seed. With out it everything would be bland and boring. Nothing would be interesting. Somethings may not even exist because of creativity. Its something we all need and have even if we don't see it. It is there we just need to unlock it.

3. The Seed of Responsibility. "Whatever we sow, we reap"
~Responsibility is something that we all have to do our chore to do well is school those are responsibility. No matter who they are we all have a responsibility. As well as a responsibility to do the right.

4.The Seed of Wisdom. "A large vocabulary--which implies broad, general knowledge--characterizes the more successful persons, regardless of their occupations."

~Wisdom is a key seed. Without wisdom how will the next generation learn the mistakes of the past. An example would be parents and children. How do parents teach their kids to be good? Because of the experiences they had to teach them. Then when those kids grow up they will learn to do the same. An endless chain where the oldest teach the new and young generation. Its like a family tree or just the tree. The branches will grow and expand learning more things.

Seed 7 Faith : "The power of positive believing"

~Faith is like believing in yourself. When you believe in yourself you can accomplish anything. It is also important to let other know to believe in themselves. True that we feel that we cant accomplish these things but it is great thing to learn on the way to have a bigger and stronger faith.

Seed 9: Perseverance "the will to win is everything."

~Do we truly persevere when we need to. Yes we do it to finish games or a drawing ,but what about the important things like school. We sometimes like to try and relax during the last weeks of school, yet we should persevere till the end it is important especially for finals. Just need to learn to stand strong and work hard like they always tell us to do.

Seed 10: Perspective
~ Perspective is something we all need to be worry of. Sometimes we can judge a person without thinking twice. What we need to do is understand that person to see things in there perspective. Like how do they see the world compared to you. We are not all the same we precise things differently and people need to understand that. Everyone and everything has a perceptive and its interesting to try and see them all.



In these last few seeds they were worth taking consideration. Depending on how the seed grows it can become something great you just need to make sure it dose. By listening to theses seeds it is ensured that they will be something great. It would be better if those seeds could spread to stop the corrupted ones. Then this world would be full of greatness.

The Ten Tips

1. Make a commitment to tell the truth.
2. Tell someone about your commitment.
3. Think before you give a dishonest answer, explanation, sarcasm, or reason.
4. Be careful of when and how you use exaggeration, sarcasm, or irony.
5. Be careful not to twist the truth or leave out part of it.
6. Don't indulge in little white lies.
7. Watch out for silent lies.
8. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse.
9. Talk to yourself.
10. Treat yourself when you tell the truth

These ten tips each have an effective and simple concept that we could all use. They are all important to work together even to be a CTR person. An example would be number 5.Like celebrities and cameras. Cameras and videos can bend the truth and ruin things for someone. All from the lies they can make with one picture that looks like it could be something else.number 3 too. Like if one sibling lies and blames the other its not fair that one can be punished and other praised. Using these tips can help with problems even if the truth can hurt.

School Break Days

For the week of I mostly stayed at home. The first two days I did homework did go to the movies to watch beauty and the beast which was nice.On Easter day we went to my aunts house for her birthday and went to ear steak it was good. And of course i was drawing and painting. OK !

In these videos we saw two scenarios of  being honest. One in a college class where most students had cheat sheets and were going to use for their exam. Till one student spoke out saying that they would rat on the person who cheats. With that everyone put it away. Next was a high school where a student had to choose to either help or not help a student cheat. We all need to honest and not fall into that temptation. Even if it can be the easiest way out. It could effect you in the future when you least expect it.

Block 1: Industriousness

"In plain and simple English this means hard work. Very hard work. There is no substitute for very hard work when it comes to success."

 ~Industriousness is working energetically and devotedly; hard-working; diligent, meaning that  the whole knowing it was given and ,made by your work that you engraved your soul to. Yes, there is no substitute for this which makes it a special industry of achieving.

Block 2: Enthusiasm 
"It is the engine that powers all blocks of the Pyramid. It is why I chose Industriousness and Enthusiasm as the cornerstones of my Pyramid of Success. It is where everything begins."

~We all need a bit of enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is  intense and eager enjoyment, interest. Without it what are we as people.This makes not only you have the smoothest of times but, also have the workplace seem great and full of so much life. 


Block 3: Friendship
"Comes from mutual esteem, respect and devotion. Like marriage it must not be taken for granted but requires a joint effort."

~friendship is something important that we all have. It gives us connections to different people and develop our skills. Allowing us to learn how to associate with people who you trust and can help you in need. yet we must not over use that friendship. We must keep it flowing and bright spreading it to other people.


Block 4: Loyalty
"To yourself and to all those depending upon you. Keep your self-respect"

Loyalty is a very precious thing. It to the people around you and the people around you. If your not loyal to your self how can you be loyal to others. It would be out of balance and it wont be as strong and how could you possible fix the loyalty.



Block 5:Cooperation
"With all levels of your co-workers. Listen if you want to be heard. Be interested in finding the best way, not in having your own way."

Cooperation is something we all need to have. Without it we may not be able to work with others, and if we cant work with others how can we succeed. Even if its not with a group we still need to cooperate yourselves. That is the major point. Its if we decide to use it to our advantage. We should learn to use it.












Block 6: Ambition 
for noble goals

Ambition is a strong desire to do or to achieve something, typically requiring determination and hard work. An example is for me to have A's and B's this whole year, granted that they go up or down it all depends on final grade.





Block: 7 Self-Control
"Practice self-discipline and keep emotions under control. Good judgement and common sense are essential."



Having self control is important. If we didn't we would probably get in more trouble than we like. Some examples are like resisting to buy a bag of chips that are not healthy for you. Putting of your artistic urge so that you can do your work. These are what self control can do to a person if they can use it. If not they may do things like drugs that could get them in trouble.


Block: 8 Alertness 
"Being observing constantly. Stay open-minded. Be eager to learn and improve."

Alertness is very important if we weren't boy would there be a lot of accidents. Its common to have it like when your passing out in class and a teacher calls on you; you instantly wake up. Or if your driving you have to be alert for idiots who don't pay attention. An example is yesterday when a car was going on the wrong exit and cut my mom off. Since she was alert she was able to move out of the way and slow down.











Block 9: Initiative
"Cultivate the ability to make decisions and think alone. Do not be afraid of failure, but learn from it."

 The initiative means the ability to assess and initiate things independently. Meaning that we should all be able to do what we have in mind what we plan. To do that plan no matter what it may be or to be resposible for otheres


Block: 10 Intentness
"Set a realistic goal. Concentrate on it's achievement by resisting all temptations. Be determined and persistent."
We should be intent on the goals we have for ourselves. If people get in the way you should learn to let them go even if it hurts both of you. It has to be a stable plan and that person wont mess it up. Even the smallest of plans should have determination and persistent.



Block 11: Sincerity
Keep Friends 

Having friends can be important to keep those social skills up. Sincerity is a key part of it. The genuine belief to want or believe in their ideology or thoughts. They keep friends and to mean what they say is to their best of  their abilities. If not no one would wan to be with you.











Block 12: Adaptability 
To any situation 

Sometimes things happen that we didn't accept. They can ruin plans and we get of course ,but we need to learn how to fix it and get back on the right path. Sometimes there are things we can't do and times were we need to push ourselves through. To adapt to the situation at hand instead of waiting. To push forward

Block 13: Condition
"Mental-Moral-Physical. Rest, exercise and diet must be considered. Moderation must be practiced. Dissipation must be eliminated."
There are conditions for everything and different things.Conditions from parents or schools or a condition for yourself. Like if you do a certain amount of HW you can have a break.


Block 14; Skill
"A knowledge of and the ability to properly and quickly execute the fundamentals. Be prepared and cover every little detail."


Skills are something we can develop. They can also be important. Like speaking skills art skills computer skills these can be important for our lives. Help us with work or hobbies.




Block 15: Team Spirit
"A genuine consideration for others. An eagerness to sacrifice personal interest of glory for the welfare of all."
When something needs to be done sometimes its better as a team. A team can be stronger together and accomplish more. With a team spirit it makes everything just a  bit better.

Block 16: Honesty
In thought and action

Honesty is the best policy its better to tell the truth other than lying. Honesty can build up your reputation with other people and get them to trust you. that would be great. If your a liar then your reputation would go down no one would trust you and everyone could hate you.













Block 17: Resourcefulness
proper judgement

sometimes because of the way are raised . Then we slowly judge people by what they look like or how they act. We need to be the people who won't do that and giver them a proper judgement. We could miss out on something or be put in a trap. In that trap is an escape able path.


Block 18: Poise
"Just being yourself.Being at ease in any situation." Graceful and elegant bearing in a person.

We can't be what people want us to be we are our own person.We are not someones puppet we get ton choose our path.Our own thoughts and dreams. if what we do calms us we should be allowed to.WE ARE NO ALWAYS POISE. I do not agree with that part of grace and elegant we are not the same personality wise.














Block 19: Confidence
"Respect without fear. May come from being prepared and keeping all things in proper perspectives."
Having confidence is hard to have. Confidence is used for different things school,jobs presentations. To confess feelings for someone.

Block 20:Reliability
Creates respect

Reliability it is something that is important. It is the quality of being trustworthy or of performing consistently well. A reliable person is someone who you know will take responsibility, that you can trust them to do that thing. Everyone has a responsibility, they all very from different people. Like parent to raise there kids as best as they could, students to do good in school and more.

Block 21:Fight

Determined Effort

There are different types of fight. Physical and with words. Most thought of as negative yet in can be positive. In the positive way it can be to fight for someone. After finding out her body was dumped somewhere after the whole family and friends wanted to make sure she isn't forgotten and to fight to find her justice. To find out who did this to her. Three years now and we still don't know anything.

Block 22: Competitive Greatness
"Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a difficult challenge."

        They say that being competitive is a good thing and it will benefit us for the future. I can't find the truth in that. it seems like they say this to benefit them selves. Which doesn't seem fair why compete for something if you don't want to why be forced to do it. It should be a choice for what to compete for.

 Block 23: Integrity

Purity of intention

Sometimes one integrity or intention does not help that person. They think it will ,but it won't they need to learn the mistake. Not everything they do will protect them it will harm them. They will not  end up the same.

Block 24: Faith

Believe and Achieve

Faith can be important for many things and mean different things. It can mean complete trust in someone or something and/or mean a religious strong belief. The way I use it is in a trusting or confidence. Faith is something all relationships need whether be family, friends, or partners. You also need faith in yourself no matter what it may be.

Block 25: Patience

Good things take time

Patience is needed for many things like waiting in line or for food. It can be involved in school to like waiting for the bathroom, or waiting to get an assignment back. We all need patience to survive it may not seem like it but its true you may not notice but we use it everyday. when we cook our food, waiting for a class to end, for that old lady taking her time.







Final Reflection

These blocks all had something that was important that is essential for everyone to know.  They would help us all become better people. Some we may not use but there all important. Some blocks that I use are friendship, team spirit and confidence. I think that patience is one that is making a difference especially against my mom as well as teaching her patience.
